Invoice Payment Information

The terms of payment are at the bottom of the invoice.

To secure your spot please submit full payment no later than the date specified on your invoice. Full payment is due upon acceptance of each show.

If payment is not received within 10 days of the invoice being issued, you will receive one reminder. If show management receives no payment by day 14 and you have not contacted us to make payment arrangements, your spot will be automatically forfeited.

If there's a need to modify the payment terms, please reach out to us by email.

E-transfers should be sent to carrie@theartisanbazaar.ca

(Passwords are not required)

GIVE YOUR INVOICE # AND COMPANY NAME IN THE COMMENT SECTION OF THE E-TRANSFER.

It can be very challenging to connect the payment to the vendor without that information.

You will be added to our online gallery shortly after payment is received.

Move-in information will be sent to you a week before the show.
